Since 2012, I Heart Brownies have been creating the perfect brownie but their brand was inconsistent and lacking a strong personality. They are well known in the Brisbane baked goods scene with their iconic heart shaped brownie, the task was to continue to grow their brand presence and allow for expansion to become a chain of stores.

I came on board to develop their brand identity further and create a system to allow for consistency in-house. I took inspiration from the iconic heart shaped brownie range and developed a bold look centred around the heart shape and retro line work. The identity uses a combination of solid patterns, stripes and blocks of colour. The pink and red combination became well-known as the I Heart Brownie brand colours.

Alongside building the brand I designed the menu boards and worked alongside Woodland Shop fitting with the wall graphics, who designed and built the breathtaking 70’s inspired concept store on the Sunshine Coast.
